UK Supported Living Services Ltd recognises that at some point in all our lives support will be required. It is during those periods that we should expect high quality, customer focused person centred care. At UK Supported Living Service Ltd we deliver that care focusing on 5 key areas.

Housing: We will help you maintain your home and tenancy; this may include support with cleaning, budgeting and security.

Staffing: We will ensure that your staff team are well trained, motivated and supervised. Where there are problems with the delivery of care we will act promptly to resolve those issues.

Finance: We will ensure that we signpost you to the appropriate agencies in terms of benefit applications, appointee services and financial audit. We will also ensure that we are sufficiently resourced to ensure service continuity.

Systems: Our organisational systems are designed to ensure our services are pro-active, that we consider your future and how we can help you achieve your goals, however where problems develop we will rapidly identify those issues and contact the appropriate services.

Quality Assurance: We continually quality assure, we see ourselves as a customer focused organisation and welcome your compliments, comments and complaints as a valuable way we can improve our services.
