“I am looking for someone to support me 21 hours per week please 1 sleep a week and to enjoy the following activities with me. Speedway, wrestling (older style), going out for meals, marching bands, playing my drums, bus trips to Poole and band concerts. My dislike are being rushed, indoors all day and being ignored”

The ideal person for this role will have a good understanding of dementia, end of life care & be able to provide personal care, be patient with a good sense of humour, be proactive.

We are currently seeking a Support Worker to join our established team in Sturminster Newton, we currently support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs and we are ideally looking for individuals who have a caring and person centred approach.
