UKSLS have recently been inspected by the Care Quality Commission.

The inspection involved an examination of the organisations policies and procedures, processes, service user and staff files, visits to service user’s homes and feedback from service users, their families and the commissioners of services.

Their conclusion was; UKSLS is compliant in all areas, meeting the needs  of our service users and staff and delivering professional and customer focused care and support.

The CQC’s conclusion was particularly welcome considering the change process we are currently undertaking.
